The phrase “I could really care less” does not mean what you think it means.
You’re saying that you really could care less than you do—which would imply that you are currently caring somewhat.It’s “couldn’t.”
Anyway, could you please not say this phrase to my face when I’m talking about about something that matters a lot to me? It’s pretty rude and also turns me into a mean person on the inside (as I grit my teeth that you’re saying it incorrectly in the first place).
Is this a passive-aggressive post? Maybe.
It’s probably not though, because the chances are quite high that you’re reading this; I am also sure that you know who you are. When you do read this, please note that I am sorry for writing this, but that I would also like you to stop being mean to me.I feel like saying a lot more, but I’m going to go pray and repent for being such an angry child.
